TECNASFALTI: 100% OF THE SHARES OF THE LEADING ACOUSTIC COMFORT COMPANY NOW BELONGS TO THE CANNI FERRARI FAMILY

The wellness company, founded in 1976 in Carpiano, is now solely owned by the Canni Ferrari family. Eugenio and Lorenzo, respectively CEO and Sales Director, along with their daughters Alessia and Eugenia, have controlled the company since June, taking over the business founded by their father Ugo.

The "new" ownership comes at a very positive time for the company and its brands, which closed the 2023 financial year with a production value increase of +6.89% compared to 2022, and a pre-tax income increase of +77.98%, in line with the policies outlined in last year's industrial plan and those included in the 2023/2026 five-year plan. 83% of the revenue comes from the Italian market, with 17% from abroad (over 50 countries served).

Founded in the asphalt sector, Tecnasfalti evolved by developing the first products for wrapping heating coils, followed by pipes, and finally, acoustic solutions, which today are its core business.

Recently, with the development of several dedicated brands, the group has embraced the broader concept of "acoustic comfort" and has become a key player in the design-based soundproofing market with the brands Isolspace and Isolspace Skin. This has expanded its target audience from building suppliers, designers, and contractors to architects and designers, even reaching end-users with specific solutions for renovation, such as IsolTile, Isolmant TOP, and the Isolmant4You line.

The beginning of the 2024 fiscal year is in line with the performance of 2023, with particular attention to the general market conditions and the construction sector, the high cost of money, and ongoing geopolitical conflicts.

"This awareness, which until recently was not taken for granted, has emerged thanks to years of cultural work, leading to the definition of increasingly stringent regulations. We will continue the policy of consolidation and strengthening of the brand, stabilizing mature markets such as acoustic insulation in construction, particularly for horizontal structures, while also pushing forward new-generation markets like low-thickness systems for restoration and design-based acoustic correction."
